Before anyone says it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Character Builder and CBLoader both no less than 45 times.

I'm getting pretty sick of it. Interestingly, when the program crashes upon trying to load a character, hovering over the part of the screen where the Name/Gender/etc. Fields would normally appear does change the cursor to the I-shaped typing cursor, but it doesn't change the fact that the Character Builder is frozen and will never load that character. Some additional info, I'm running on Windows 7 and the CBLoader doesn't bring up any errors, and hitting X on the Builder when it's frozen may remove the window, but the program still runs (as seen in the Task Manager).
